Download and extract the contents of the archive to a folder where you want to run the application. 

All files must remain in the application folder for the application to run.

You must use the option to "run as administrator" (right-click application icon and choose the option
from the drop-down menu) the very first time you run the application so that required .ini files can 
be copied to the windows folder by the application.

If you cannot find your logged data files, check in your "virtualStore." An example location would be
 user\AppData\Local\VirtualStore\emf16rtd
